Siobhan Aspinall
I am an integrative, relational counsellor and supervisor with 7 years’ experience working with clients and supervisees in private practice, agencies, and organisations across the Midlands and South West.
I also work as a lecturer on Level 4 Diploma and Level 5 Foundation Degree therapeutic counselling courses, which has given me experience facilitating groups from diverse backgrounds.
I currently run a private practice based in Gloucester and am a co-founder of Medusa CPD.

Donna Salter
I am an integrative relational counsellor with over ten years’ experience who believes meaningful change happens through relationships, placing the therapeutic connection at the heart of my work. I draw upon person centred and psychodynamic approaches, paying close attention to how past and present relationships, life experiences, and emotional patterns shape how a person feels about themselves and others.
Alongside my private counselling practice, I am also a lecturer in counselling with over eight years’ experience at degree level. I am a co-founder of Medusa CPD.
Course Overview
Diploma in Relational Supervision is advanced specialist training for counsellors and psychotherapists, delivered in groups and individually, designed to deepen professional practice, reflective capacity, and supervisory competence.

Learning Structure
This hybrid course combines four in person weekends with eight online evening sessions across the academic year, offering flexible, supportive learning while maintaining consistent contact and professional development.
Curriculum & Learning Experience
Course content includes 80 hours of taught study covering theory, practice, discussion, and experiential learning, supported by peer groups meeting between four weekends and online sessions throughout.
